Together we explore challenges, develop stronger decision-making, and focus on the actions that will help your business grow commercially while you lead with greater clarity and confidence. With a trusted thought partner alongside you, you’ll have the perspective, challenge and support needed to move both your leadership and your business forward.

What’s included?

  • Complimentary discovery/chemistry session

  • Pre-coaching/mentoring deep dive assessment questionnaire. This helps clients to hone in on goals, motivators and current barriers so both coach and client are focussed on success and held to account.

  • Under the bonnet full day session 1:1 to understand yours and your business goals

  • Weekly 1 hour sessions

  • Complimentary Coaching/Mentor Sponsor sessions where applicable

  • Pre and post session emails with questions and prompts to help clients reflect on learns, challenges,drive accountability and prepare for future sessions

  • Telephone, messaging and email support between sessions
