Schedule: Tuesdays, 7 PM – 8 PM UK Time

I’m Sarah, founder of Nine Yards Coaching and the Growth Collective.
After 30 years leading hospitality operations – from small teams to multi-site groups – I know exactly what it feels like to hold huge responsibility without always having the space, support, or energy you need to thrive.
The Growth Collective was created because I believe hospitality leaders deserve more.

Q: Is joining the waitlist a commitment to the programme?
A:No. Joining the waitlist simply means you'll be the first to hear when registration opens. It also gives you early access - and if you're one of the first five to sign up, you'll be able to secure a special early access price before the full launch on 9th May.
Q: What’s the schedule like?
A: The programme starts on 3rd June and runs on Tuesdays from 7 PM – 8 PM for 8 weeks until 22nd July.
Q: I’m busy. What if I can’t make a session?
A: Life happens! We record every session, so you can catch up anytime. That said, active participation is key - attending live sessions will make a real difference to your results.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The programme is £750 plus VAT for 8 weeks when paid upfront. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in 2 monthly instalments of £410.00 plus VAT
Q: Can my employer pay?
A: Yes. Leadership development benefits your organisation too – and I can provide information to support your case.
Q: Will I get personalised coaching?
A: Yes - each member has a private 1:1 session with Sarah lasting 70 minutes, as well as coaching during our weekly sessions if you want it.
