With 30 years in hospitality leadership, I’m an operator through and through. Before founding Nine Yards Coaching, I was Managing Director of a start-up bar and restaurant group for 7 years. Prior to that, I worked with a variety of companies, from pubs to sandwich shops.

I’ve helped build others' businesses and led my own, but still felt something was missing. The irony is that I already had the answers, just wasn’t sure how to move forward.

My commitment to growth comes from the impact great coaches had on me, helping me navigate uncertainty and my next step. Becoming a qualified and accredited Executive Coach deepened my passion for supporting leaders, driven by the belief that everyone has the ability to be extraordinary.

Plus, you'll have access to our private online community platform throughout the programme, where you can continue learning, sharing, and connecting with fellow participants between sessions.

The group setting allows you to share ideas and experiences, while the private platform gives you easy access to all the materials, so you can revisit lessons anytime.

Q: Will I get personalised coaching?
A: Yes - each member has a private 1:1 session with Sarah lasting 70 minutes, as well as coaching during our weekly sessions if you want it.

Q: Is everything shared in the group confidential?
A: Yes. This is a safe space, and we expect everyone to respect the confidentiality of what’s shared in the group. Everything stays within the group to build trust and openness.

Q: What’s the private online community all about?
A: The private online community platform is where the magic happens outside of the live sessions. You’ll have access to discussions, lessons, tools, resources and ongoing support throughout the programme. It’s a space where you can connect with fellow members, share insights, and learn from each other, deepening your experience and growth.

Q: How big is the group?
