TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GROWTH COLLECTIVE

  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The Growth Collective, an 8-week group coaching program provided by Nine Yards Coaching. By enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Program Overview
    2.1 The Growth Collective is an 8-week coaching program designed for operations leaders in hospitality and retail. It includes weekly group coaching sessions, masterclasses, and access to resources and a private community platform.
    2.2 The program runs for 8 weeks, beginning on 9th September 2025 and ending on 28th October 2025, with weekly sessions held every Tuesday from 7 PM – 8 PM, except for 30th September and 7th October 2025. These weeks each member will have a 1:1 private coaching session with Sarah Clark

  3. Fees and Payment
    3.1 The total program fee is £750 + VAT, payable in full at the time of registration.
    3.2 Payment is required to secure your place in the program, as spaces are limited to 20 participants.
    3.3 All payments are non-refundable except as specified in Section 6.

  4. Enrolment and Participation
    4.1 Enrolment is open to operations leaders in hospitality and retail who are committed to professional and personal growth.
    4.2 Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions to maximize their experience, although recordings will be made available for those unable to attend.

  5. Program Content and Access
    5.1 Nine Yards Coaching reserves the right to modify the program content and schedule as necessary to enhance the experience for participants.
    5.2 Access to the private online community platform and resources will be granted for the duration of the program.

  6. Refund Policy
    6.1 Refunds will only be issued in the event that Nine Yards Coaching cancels the program, or in exceptional circumstances at Nine Yards Coaching's discretion.
    6.2 No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or failure to participate in the program.

  7. Code of Conduct
    7.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in all program interactions, including live sessions and the online community platform.
    7.2 Nine Yards Coaching reserves the right to remove participants from the program for inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

  8. Confidentiality
    8.1 All discussions and shared information within the program are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
    8.2 Nine Yards Coaching is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants.

  9. Intellectual Property
    9.1 All program materials, including recordings, templates, and guides, are the intellectual property of Nine Yards Coaching.
    9.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal development only. Participants agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce program materials in any form for commercial purposes.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    10.1 Nine Yards Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the program, except to the extent required by law. Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions based on the coaching provided.

  11. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
    11.1 Personal Data
    By enrolling in The Growth Collective, participants consent to the collection and processing of personal data provided during registration, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    11.2 Data Usage
    Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the program, including communication, delivery of program materials, and processing payments.
    11.3 Third-Party Sharing
    Nine Yards Coaching will not share personal data with third parties unless required for payment processing or otherwise mandated by law.
    11.4 Data Security
    All reasonable measures will be taken to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
    11.5 Data Retention
    Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of the program and in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
    11.6 Your Rights

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  13. Amendments
    13.1 Nine Yards Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes in writing.
